Carolans Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

• 1oz. Carolans Irish Cream
• 1 cup espresso Illy
• 3 oz milk
• 4 biscuits
• 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Pour the ingredients in a blender. Pour in a glass and garnish with a biscuit.
