Carolans Light can be enjoyed neat, with coffee and in many, many mixed drinks and cocktails.

Please remember, as with an cream liqueur, Carolans Light should not be mixed with citrus mixers or lemonade!

At its simplest, Carolans Light can be enjoyed neat or over ice.

• 1oz Carolans Light
• ½ oz Skyy Vodka
• ¼ oz Light sugar Syrup
• 1 cup Espresso Illy

Pour ingredients over ice into a shaker. Shake and strain in a glass. Garnish with berries.

Fill a hot glass 3/4 full with hot coffee. Add equal parts Carolans Light Irish Cream and Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey for smooth taste and body. Top with lightly whipped cream, pouring gently over spoon.

Enjoy while piping hot.

Mix 2 parts Carolans Light Irish Cream, 1 part SKYY Vodka and Creme de Cacao. Serve ice cold in a martini glass garnished with chocolate shavings.
